- Good adhesion to prepared industrial substrates
- Suitable for maintenance and new-build projects
- Supports RFQ review, TDS request and application guidance
Typical Applications
cement kiln, rotary kiln
Suitable Substrates
steel kiln shell
Technical Data Table
| Temperature resistance | 100°C to 800°C |
|---|---|
| Recommended DFT | Typical 200-1200 microns; customizable by project condition |
| Coverage | Depends on surface profile, thickness and application method |
| Drying / curing time | Typical / depends on ambient temperature and humidity |
| Compatible substrates | steel kiln shell |
| Package & storage | Typical industrial packaging; store sealed in cool, dry, ventilated warehouse |
Application Method
- Inspect substrate and confirm operating condition
- Clean oil, dust, rust and loose coating
- Prepare surface by grinding, mechanical cleaning or abrasive blasting where practical
- Apply primer / intermediate / topcoat according to coating system design
- Inspect dry film thickness, curing condition and adhesion before service
Coating System
- Primer: selected by substrate and exposure
- Intermediate: thermal barrier, anti-corrosion or wear-resistant layer as required
- Topcoat: weather, chemical or abrasion resistant finish

Request Technical Solution
Share your operating temperature, substrate, corrosion medium, project area and service-life target. DAYU engineers will review the working condition and recommend a coating system.
Recommended Coating System
Primer, intermediate and topcoat structure should be confirmed by substrate, exposure medium, temperature and service-life target.
Core Benefits
Benefits depend on the selected coating system and verified site condition. Request the current TDS before specification.
Applications
- cement kiln
- rotary kiln

Surface Preparation
Remove loose rust, oil, dust, moisture and failed coating. Final surface preparation standard should follow the selected system and project specification.
Application Method
Spray, brush or roller application can be reviewed according to site access, equipment geometry, film thickness target and environmental conditions.
Curing & Inspection
Curing time, recoating interval, dry film thickness and adhesion inspection should be confirmed from the current TDS and site conditions.
Project Evidence and RFQ
Only verified project records should be published in the case library. Submit an RFQ for project-specific engineering review.
