Acid Resistant Ceramic Coating

Acid Resistant Ceramic Coating for industrial B2B projects requiring acid resistant ceramic coating, technical specification support, and RFQ quotation.

Problem

Acid areas in fertilizer, chemical, and flue gas systems attack concrete and steel, causing leaks, rust staining, and shutdown repairs. For B2B plants, the cost is usually not the coating itself; it is energy loss, corrosion repair, production stoppage, safety exposure, and repeated maintenance work.

Solution

Ceramic fillers and acid resistant resin create a dense barrier that limits acid penetration and protects both steel and concrete substrates. The recommended build is acid resistant primer, ceramic filled barrier coat, sealed top layer. It should be specified after checking substrate condition, surface preparation method, peak temperature, exposure medium, dry film thickness, and return-to-service window.

Applications

Acid Resistant Ceramic Coating is commonly specified for Fertilizer Plant Coating, Chemical Plant Coating, Wastewater Plant Coating and equipment scenarios such as Acid Area Floor Coating, Chimney Anti-Corrosion, Concrete Bund Coating. Typical substrates include steel, concrete, ceramic tile repair areas.
