Engineering Analysis

High-temperature coating selection must consider peak temperature, cycling frequency, substrate expansion, surface preparation, and whether the coating must also provide weathering or corrosion resistance.

1 Measure actual surface temperature and thermal cycling pattern
2 Select primer compatible with substrate and heat exposure
3 Apply ceramic or silicone high-temperature layer to specified dry film thickness
4 Confirm inspection and curing conditions before service
