Application Method

  • Inspect substrate and confirm operating condition
  • Clean oil, dust, rust and loose coating
  • Prepare surface by grinding, mechanical cleaning or abrasive blasting where practical
  • Apply primer / intermediate / topcoat according to coating system design
  • Inspect dry film thickness, curing condition and adhesion before service

Coating System

  • Primer: selected by substrate and exposure
  • Intermediate: thermal barrier, anti-corrosion or wear-resistant layer as required
  • Topcoat: weather, chemical or abrasion resistant finish
