Engineering Overview

Problem

Solution

A high-build epoxy or polyurethane floor system seals concrete, improves abrasion resistance, and creates a cleanable surface for production zones. The recommended build is concrete primer, self-leveling epoxy body coat, wear resistant topcoat. It should be specified after checking substrate condition, surface preparation method, peak temperature, exposure medium, dry film thickness, and return-to-service window.
