Preparation, mixing and application

Surface preparation
- Metal: remove oil, rust, scale and old organic coatings; abrasive blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean local repairs to St 3.
- Metal surface profile reference: 25–40 μm.
- Non-metal: remove coke, dust and loose material; repair damaged areas before coating.

Application
- Stir the single-component paste thoroughly before use.
- Apply by brush, trowel, scraper or texture-spray method.
- Build the specified thickness in multiple coats; allow each coat to dry before the next.
- Clean tools with water.
