Solution

The pipeline coating system builds an adherent barrier over cleaned steel and reinforces vulnerable edges and support points with higher film thickness. The recommended build is surface tolerant primer, epoxy barrier coat, UV resistant topcoat. It should be specified after checking substrate condition, surface preparation method, peak temperature, exposure medium, dry film thickness, and return-to-service window.
