Engineering Overview

Problem

Hot tanks, pipes, boilers, and process vessels waste heat and create burn-risk zones when conventional insulation is too thick or difficult to maintain. For B2B plants, the cost is usually not the coating itself; it is energy loss, corrosion repair, production stoppage, safety exposure, and repeated maintenance work.

Solution

The coating uses low-conductivity fillers to reduce heat flow while maintaining a thin, inspectable finish that can be repaired locally during plant maintenance. The recommended build is anti-corrosion primer, low-conductivity insulation coat, weatherable topcoat. It should be specified after checking substrate condition, surface preparation method, peak temperature, exposure medium, dry film thickness, and return-to-service window.
