Solution approach
Prepare the carbon-steel waterwall to Sa 2, spray the specified high-temperature anti-corrosion primer, then apply four brush coats of the thermal-insulation coating.
Surface preparation to Sa 2; spray-applied primer followed by four brush-applied insulation coats.

Recorded outcome
The project was completed within the recorded schedule; inspection found the design thickness, uniform colour and film, no wrinkling or agglomeration, and a compliant construction result.
